On the morning of 24th in September, No. 1 Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University held the grand opening ceremony to be "first-rate of Level three" hospital in front of the out-patient department of
Surgical
Integrated
Building.
Many provincial and local leaders presented the ceremony. They are: Zhao Zhonghou, the Director and Secretary of Provincial Health Department; Xing Jichun, a member of party’s committee, the full-time Vice-director of provincial patriotic health campaign; Li Shuxiang,
Director of Jiamusi Standing Committee of the People’s Congress; Sun Ze, Mayor of Jiamusi,
Deputy Secretary of Jiamusi
Municipal
Committee; Gao Jingfeng, Vice-chairman of the CPPCC of Jiamusi; Chen Chenggui, Secretary of Jiamusi university’s

arty committee; Meng Xiangcai, the Principal of Jiamusi university. Nearly 1,000 people, leaders from over 170 organizations: official institutions, groups, enterprises and government institutions, as well as the staff of the hospital, attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided by Liu Guangyuan, Dean of No.1 Affiliated Hospital. During the ceremony, Xiang Jichun delivered a
speech on behalf of the provincial health department. Sun Ze, representing Jiamusi Government and
Municipal
Committee, offered congratulations to No. 1 Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University on passing the assessment to be the first-rate of Level three hospital in the leading position. Chen Chenggui made a significant speech. At last, the provincial, city’s, and university’s leaders launched the first-rate of Level three hospital by pressing the crystal ball.
